We design our slippers to bring quality at your feet so you can Relax in Style^®. If you feel the need to return your product, we will gladly make it happen.

We will accept returns of our merchandise within 60 days after the date of purchase.

Just follow the simple steps below if your purchase does not meet your expectations:

1. The footwear must be returned unworn (in the condition in which you received it) in its original shoebox.
2. A copy of the invoice must be in the return package. Footwear will be refunded at the original purchase price plus applicable taxes. Return will be credited back to the original tender type.
3. If you do not have the invoice, please provide us with your name, address, approximate date of purchase and credit card number so we can credit your account. The price refunded will be the lowest selling price within the last 60 days, plus applicable taxes.
4. All shipping cost for the returned shoes are at your expense. Please do not put labels, addresses etc. on the shoebox itself. The shoebox will become unusable.

For your protection, we recommend return shipments via a traceable method. Foamtreads cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit to our warehouse.
