Returns, Delivery & Shipping

 **Due to COVID-19, all return packaging received to our warehouse are not opened and processed for a minimum of 4 business days.  Please be patient and we will process your return within 7-10 business days. 

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Foamtreads slippers you can return them to us within 60 days for a full refund of your product only if:

  • Items to be refunded are returned to us in saleable condition
  • Returns missing original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, hangtags, etc. still attached to footwear.  The shoebox must be in a protective shipping box.
  • Copy of your original invoice must be included with your shipment with reason for return.

Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of shipping and retain this until the refund has been processed.

Foamtreads cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit to our warehouse. 

Please note, for U.S customers, all merchandise must be returned via United States Postal Service. Please do not use any other carrier service as if you choose a different carrier, any additional fees incurred as a result, will be deducted directly from your refund.

Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes.  Shipping charges are not refunded.  Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on merchandise.   
If you would like a different size, colour, or item please place a new order.  Follow the steps above for the return of merchandise.

 

Delivery

For PO BOX delivery: Please call Customer Service at 1-800-588-4116 to provide the detail and to process your order.

We are currently offering shipping a rate of $12.00/ pair within Canada only.  Shipping to the United States is determined by Canada Post rate & calculated by location.

DUE TO SHIPPING DELAYS WITH CANADA POST RELATED TO THE COVID-19 VIRAL OUTBREAK WE HAVE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED ALL PREMIUM SHIPPING OPTIONS.

Buy $90.00 or more worth of merchandise and receive free standard shipping (Expedited Parcel) within Canada only.

  • The $90.00 amount is calculated on the merchandise total only and does not include taxes or other charges.
  • All discounts are taken off merchandise total before free shipping is calculated. Only orders with $90.00 merchandise total after discounts will receive free Expedited Parcel shipping.
  • The free shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations reduce the merchandise total to less than $90.00. foamtreads.ca reserves the right to change all applicable shipping and handling charges on such orders.
  • Items cannot be added to orders after they are placed to get free Expedited Parcel shipping.

Expedited Parcel

  • All "Expedited Parcel" shipped orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will ship within 24-48 hours from the next business day.
  • Delivery time varies dependent upon your location. Major urban centres can expect the minimum delivery time while northern regions and remote centres can expect the maximum delivery time.

All our orders are shipped via Canada Post, which will require the goods to be signed for. You may prefer to specify a business address when ordering, however please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.  If using a business address please ensure you include your company name, your full name and unit number, if applicable.

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the courier may leave a delivery attempt notice with information on when the next delivery attempt will be made, or where you can pick up your shipment.  Please follow the instructions on the notice left by the courier.

Shipping Confirmation Email with Tracking Number is emailed to you when your order ships.

All shipments are sent via Canada Post. Enter Tracking Numbers from Shipping Confirmation Email at http://www.canadapost.ca/cpo/mc/default.jsf to track.

Limited Warranty

Foamtreads products have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against all defective workmanship and/or materials. After inspection, all products deemed defective by Gredico Footwear Ltd will be replaced or credited. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.

If you have an issue regarding your Foamtreads purchase, please start by reviewing our Limited Warranty posted above. If you feel your issue is subject to this warranty we encourage you to first check with the retailer where your shoes were purchased. They are in the best position to take care of your ongoing needs.

If you’re not satisfied with the retailer’s response and still believe your issue falls within our Limited Warranty, please e-mail info@gredico.ca and we will review and respond to your request within 5 business days.

There is no expiration date on our Gift Cards

Promotion Policy 

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied for gift card purchases. Foamtreads reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders (even if combined with merchandise) should a discount or promotional offer be applied to the purchase of a gift card.

Using Your Gift Card 

Protect your gift card code as you would cash. Gift cards are non-replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift cards are not returnable.
